THE IAOP 2017 Global Outsourcing 100 list
The IAOP Global Outsourcing 100 list, which is now entering its twelfth year, recognises the world’s best outsourcing service providers. It is considered the global BPO industry’s most respected benchmark for excellence in outsourcing service delivery, with over 120,000 members worldwide.
The list is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by a panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations.
Service providers need to demonstrate global excellence and are judged on five critical characteristics: size and growth; customer references, awards & certifications, programs for innovation, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
